PERMISSION: The tenant consents and authorises the landlord/agent to obtain and furnish credit information from any credit bureau or service provider for assessment of the tenant's creditworthiness, and to process personal data for this purpose, including on renewal. The following must be submitted: latest 3 months' payslips, last 3 months' bank statements and a copy of your ID. The tenant is liable for the lease administration fee and credit check fee (also on renewal).
