Partner Advertising Terms

These terms apply to any business paying to appear in the partner section of our website ("advertiser", "you").

1. What we provide

A listing showing your business name, category, town, description, photographs and contact details for the paid period. We do not guarantee any level of traffic, enquiries or bookings.

2. Payment and period

Listings run until the paid-until date on your invoice and are removed automatically when it passes unless renewed. Fees are payable in advance and are not refundable once a listing is live, except where we are at fault.

3. Your content

You confirm that you own or are licensed to use every photograph and every word you supply, and that they are accurate and not misleading. You indemnify us against any claim arising from your content, including copyright claims over photographs.

4. Accuracy and the law

You confirm that your business holds every licence, permit, zoning approval, tax registration and insurance the law requires — including, where relevant, local authority approval to operate accommodation and any tourism registration.

5. We are not the supplier

Guests deal with you directly. We are not a party to any booking, contract or transaction between a guest and an advertiser, we take no commission on it, and we are not liable for the quality, safety or legality of what you provide. Your listing carries a clear indication that it is a paid advertisement.

6. Editing and removal

We may edit a listing for length, spelling or layout without changing its meaning. We may suspend or remove a listing without refund if it is inaccurate or misleading, if we receive credible complaints, if your business is not lawfully operating, or if the content is offensive or unlawful.

7. Competing businesses

Advertising with us is not exclusive. We list other businesses, including competitors, and we continue to advertise our own places alongside yours.

8. Your data

Contact details you give us for a listing are published deliberately — that is the point of the listing. Anything else you give us is handled under our Privacy Policy.

9. Ending it

Either of us may end the arrangement on written notice. If we end it without cause, we refund the unused portion of the period pro-rata.
